OPS is an internal business tool operated by Fitment Fab. Access is limited to people authorized by Fitment Fab and is not offered as a public service.
OPS may read connected QuickBooks Online records and may prepare or perform supported changes only at an authorized user's direction. Users remain responsible for reviewing accounting records and confirming that any requested action is accurate and appropriate.
OPS must not be used to violate law, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with QuickBooks Online. OPS does not automate banking, reconciliation, payments, payroll, or tax filings.
OPS provides operational assistance and does not replace an accountant, bookkeeper, tax professional, or attorney. QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative source for accounting records.
OPS is provided for internal use and may change or be unavailable. QuickBooks Online and other third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Fitment Fab may stop access at any time. Users may disconnect OPS through QuickBooks Online. Questions may be sent to will@fitmentfab.com.
